Nutramax Denosyl SAMe 225 mg tablets for dogs are a nutritional supplement used to help support and maintain liver function in dogs. They are recommended to improve hepatic glutathione levels and has been shown to improve liver function by protecting and repairing liver cells.

Contains S-Adenosylmethionine SAMe, which is recommended to increase levels of liver glutathione. Glutathione is a potent antioxidant, which helps protect liver cells from deterioration.

Treats a variety of liver problems and associated disease such as: Hipidosis, Chronic Hepatitis, Inflamatory Bowel Disease, Drug-induced Hepatitis caused by Prednisone or Rimadyl, and Pancreatitis.

Instructions:
Give on empty stomach at least 1 hour before meal, preferably in the morning.

Give one 225 mg tablet daily for 13-34 lbs, 2 tablets daily for 35-65 lbs, 4 tablets daily for 65 lbs and up

Denosyl has no known side-effects and your veterinarian can evaluate the length of support needed through follow-up examinations, blood work, and/or other laboratory work. At home, you can watch for improvements in your pet’s attitude, appetite, and activity level.
